Good size and shape for plantar fasciitis massage. For me, the relief is only temporary, so I can't tell if this represents a long-term 'cure'. I'm not sure how useful the 'Heat/Cool' feature can be. I've tried the freeze option but don't think the cold helps much and causes condensation on the massager which attracts dust and dirt so I'll skip this in the future. Now keep near the bed to use in the morning before getting up. A solid PF foot massager though.
