Advantages: Not too expensive, very easy to understand instructions and easy to assemble. Supplied with all necessary parts. The back/lumbar support is quite comfortable. Cons: The material covering the armrests is very scratchy, just putting my hands on it feels like I get a rash. The lining on the sleeves is also very thin. The arms are quite low, and while they can rotate vertically, they can't be adjusted up and down, so it seems to me that it's intended for people with longer arms. The chair's upholstery, while thick, which I would call professional, is very stiff, making it uncomfortable for those who use much of our own "upholstery". I received a warranty card with the chair but when I scanned the QR code with my phone it brought up the company website and when I clicked on the warranty the page just said 'Click to validate the warranty activate", but then it didn't work. I'll try the warranty on my computer later. Overall this is a good chair, but not great either. It is definitely made for people of average and above average height. The armrests are my biggest problem, so I want to cover them up or remove them entirely. While not very expensive, I don't feel like I got my money's worth. I've had more comfortable chairs for less money. I bought this as an upgrade. but i can go back
