This is one of the best bag sets I have seen. Simple, well thought out, can handle more than one scenario. But see, no bag set at this price can do everything from respiratory to surgery. a shooting bag, one in my hunting gear, one in my duty gear and one in my fire department. Of course, I could always add more, but it's small, light, works well enough, and is a good tool to add to your toolbox. Cons: It's small and kind of a "one wound deal" but I look at it as a "first wound dressing" in the hope that more help will come. Plus, it's pocket-sized. If you want to add something, add hemostatic combat gauze or pure Cellox for large fountains, but they start at $20-$30 apiece. Like I said, cheap and easy. And light.
