To be honest, I never thought that I would need such a device. Although I have very stubborn calluses and cracked dry skin on my feet (sorry, too much info here :) and have been able to live with it so far. There have been times when my heels have been very sore from cracked skin, but I've tried to work around this by using a moisturizer. So when I came across this device I didn't hesitate to try it and so far so good, no pain and achieved a lot :). Very easy to use and more hygienic because this device sucks up all the scales and dead skin while washing. Since I'm the only one using this unit I probably won't need to wash it that often, maybe once every other use is fine. Simply remove the lid, rinse the top under the tap and allow to air dry. There is a lot of information on the product page that illustrates how to use and clean this device, so I won't bore you with repeating it here. The only thing to remember, do not forget to remove the plastic film from the grinding head installed on the device :), the other two in the box have no packaging. By the way, very strong suction power. I tested this by holding the napkin close to my head and it was sucked into the sanding head almost immediately lol. Fast charge, less than an hour, with a USB cable as mine was partially charged. There are 2 speeds but I honestly couldn't tell them apart, it was barely noticeable to me and I was able to get the job done in 1st speed so either way it's fine. I am also very happy that I chose this device, which is very useful for me personally.
