Are these work shoes?

When I first put them on I thought they accidentally left a hard toe so I took them off and hit one with a hammer. No, I haven't forgotten. I wore them as regular shoes for the first few days to break them in and get my feet used to them, but they were never uncomfortable until I put them on to work. At the end of my first day at work they became uncomfortable with friction on the soles of my feet, so for a few rainy days I switched back to my other work boots (they are waterproof) and continued to wear them outside. work and when I put them back on for work my feet stopped slipping on the insoles and they stuck to my foot like a glove. Now they feel like I'm wearing sneakers, except at the end of the day my feet still feel great and aren't tired like other shoes. I walk an average of 10,000 steps on concrete per day, hauling heavy objects, pushing/pulling heavier objects, up and down with a forklift in dry and wet conditions and regardless of the temperature of the weather I'm in. I gave my first pair a few days. Work to see how they stand up to the knocks my shoes take every day before deciding on a second pair or whatever and as aside from being dusty they instantly look new , I decided to buy a second pair but 1/2 sizes bigger because they weren't the original size I bought. It turns out that being 1/2 size bigger I didn't have any friction issues on my feet like I did with the first pair and now I tend to kick them off. On my first day with a second pair, a steel cart (about 800 lbs) fell off and caught on the toe of my brand new shoes, grrr, but only rubbed the leather (leather?) upper and a small cut, not even to the alloy myself. These shoes are so comfortable that I don't have to take them off when I get home from work, but I don't really wear them to the store, but after work, whatever. both grabbing and sliding come into play. I put secure yellow lockable laces in both pairs to make them even more comfortable and to make them even brighter too. I'm amazed at how comfortable and durable they are, especially considering the price. If I've spent less than $100 on work shoes, I've always gotten one or two, if any. If you work in a warehouse and take a lot of steps each workday, this is a definite candidate to consider.
