Love this little blender. I bought this to use in my RV because I love getting extra healthy fruits and veggies with smoothies. I was won over by the simplicity and compactness of this blender, and it turned out to be a good choice. It has enough power to blend fully frozen fruit easily; I haven't tried anything with ice cream, but I think this will have a similar result - a smooth and thin puree. There is only one button - the heart rate - so I have to control the process very precisely, but I can live with that. I don't need a big base with lots of fancy features, a simple low powered blender is enough to effortlessly blend frozen fruit and seems like it will stand the test of time. Plus, it's fairly easy to clean - just don't leave the rubber/plastic top covered in smoothie for too long or it may dry out in some hard-to-reach crevices. It's been a great addition to my van and has added many easy and affordable calories to my diet. Hooray!
