I bought these glasses for fashion rather than to relieve headaches and eye strain so I'm not sure how effective they are for that purpose. However, the glasses definitely pass the supplied blue light test. I thought this kit was pretty cool and used it on my regular prescription glasses which actually failed the blue light test. I'm considering putting prescription lenses in these frames. The glasses are definitely lightweight, but this makes them feel fragile and could break if you drop them. However, they are definitely durable enough to be worn outdoors, just treat them well and with care. Aesthetically, I LOVE them. The shape and color are very flattering and unique. I also really like the drawstring bag and the leather pouch that goes with it.
