Review on OSD Audio 16 Channel Amplifier Distributed by Richard Gilbert

The small volume controls on the back of the unit were factory set to minimum/off. I spent 2 hours debugging and ended up disassembling my whole system thinking this device is not working. I broke it into an input and a speaker next to it and got nothing. Eventually I started playing with the tiny volume controls and it worked. After that it was pretty easy to set up and had no problems. It would be nice if these controls were set to a moderate value, or at least the instructions were set to "off", or there was a debug area. It could have saved me a lot of time, frustration, and cables scattered everywhere. I am satisfied with the sound quality and volume of the device.
