For reference only I'm 5'11" and weigh 140 pounds and ordered a size plus. I have small boobs but it's an Asian one Size up so go one up If you are looking for a conservative romper for church this is not it.Its length is as shown, maybe even an inch or two longer so perfect for concerts and beach trips.The jumpsuit is too unlined and made of a thin cream colored polyester.It's not too see-through but I plan to wear black spandex shorts underneath just to be safe (a nude bra will fit over that).The drawstring is my favorite part of the jumpsuit because it does it allows to sit against your body and make it more attractive.For the price I think it's worth it.It's cute and comfy especially with brown open ankle boots.I recommend washing in the cold and hang to dry. UPDATE: So, I've worn and washed this jumpsuit twice (both times in the cold and while hanging). It's held up pretty well, but I'm also very careful with my movements when wearing it. The deep V-neck problem was easily solved with a navy blue non-wired bra, but it could be pinned up when all else failed. I get so many compliments wearing it that I give it 5 stars.
