All these phones can be operated - I didn't even use half of the functions. I love how my Bluetooth headset can connect to phones. I also like how my cellphone connects to phones. And I love the mini headphone jack. A headset and a small belt clip on the back of the phone and I'm pretty much walking around the house hands-free, tidying up while chatting. However, you must pay close attention to the instruction manual. I wasn't clear what steps he gave so I had about 5 minutes of total frustration for not reading the instructions SLOWLY. LAUGH OUT LOUD! Since we have a phone at each of our tables, my husband can easily see who is texting me on my phone when I'm not near the phone, so I/we don't miss an important message. (usually it goes to both of our phones if that matters) I can't say how well it works with two connected phones as my husband doesn't want to connect his phone to the phone system. But he carries his phone on his belt. Not me. I keep mine in the bedroom. So my cell phone connected to my home phone is very convenient. I like a different ringtone that I can assign to each handset so I know it's a call coming in on my cell phone. And it's amazing that if I can't get to my cell phone fast enough, my husband can answer my cell phone through my home phone (most of the time he doesn't realize my cell phone is ringing - if he knew he wouldn't answer, hence for me it's another plus that the function to connect mobile phones to the system!) LOVE IT! Yes, you can set the mobile phone to ONLY ring one of the portable phones (on my computer desk). I did it and I liked it. But I forgot what was the reason, I turned off the cell phone which wiped the settings on the hand held headsets. When I followed the steps in the guide to reconnect my cellphone to these phones I left it with the default settings which made all handsets ring and now my cellphone is ringing throughout the house. I thought if I let all the phones ring it would annoy my husband and I but it's not. I actually like it better! No more frantically searching for my phone, especially when it's not where it should be next to the charger in the bedroom. in the most unusual places. And ladies, how many times have you forgotten to take your phone out of your purse when you got home? You know how you just can't hear him calling? And it will eventually die buried in a closet in a purse in a few days? Well, once your cell phone wallet is within range of these phones, your cell phone will automatically connect to your home phone system right in your driveway!
