Start slow. Best in Powder

When using this product, be sure to follow the recommended dosage and hydrate as much as possible. I usually take 1.5-2 scoops before a workout. I started with 1.25 scoops at 11:45. 2 hours of training. Smashed a monster at 3pm and felt shattered all day. I couldn't sleep at night and felt like I was coming. The next day, Adderall shut down. Be smarter than me and take care of yourself.
