Every two weeks I need injections that are given intramuscularly in the inner thighs. The nurse who originally trained me told me that it would be a good idea to shave my legs, given the "tape" used to hold the needles in place during the IV and the bandages, which I then put on my legs. I've been shaving leg at a time for the past two years, and while it certainly works, it's also a bit of a hassle. My wife advised me to try more permanent hair removal and this product proved worth trying. I have no issues with it - no pain or discomfort, although there is a slight burnt hair smell at times. tried to cover a very large area of the inner thighs and the change in the amount of hair was noticeable after the first application of the product, but this does not make the hair disappear completely. Rather, it appears that the hair is thinning. With less hair, removing the tape is much easier/less painful, but the hair removal process takes a LONG time. I conduct sessions for 30 minutes at a time as in my experience the longer a product is used the warmer it gets and therefore more time is needed between sessions. I've done 8 or 9 sessions up to this point and it's clearly working, but it's a labor intensive process. I use glasses sparingly but have found I can watch TV while epilating, albeit imperfectly. Don't forget your glasses! Bottom line – if you are willing to put in the time, this is an effective hair removal product, but be aware that actual hair removal (as opposed to simply thinning your hair) is a very time consuming and labor intensive process. I suspect that in 8 or 9 sessions I will be less than halfway through, although there are areas that appear to be hairless.
