Huge on a wide leg!

I've bought Natives for my kids with wide feet and they always fit great. I ordered the Jefferson shoes and they had so much room on the TOP of the FOOT I was shocked. I almost wondered if it was fake but the packaging looked real. So shot, but had to go back.
