Big waste of time and money. The "handle" (black in the picture) is actually exactly the same as the tube throughout the length of the product. Therefore you have nothing to offer you a good grip to scratch effectively. "Hand" at the scraping end falls off when the hat falls. It's only held on by a very short (just over 1/4"") metal connector. Bought as a gift for my 90 year old mum who of course can't hurt the little one The handle fell off 4 or 5 times in the first minute she tried to use it. It's scratch resistant. Very poorly made. Big waste of time and money.
