Review on CasaCam Wireless 4X1296P Cameras Installed by Cindy Foster

I bought a CasaCam video surveillance system in September. I don't need an online system, I need a dedicated monitor to view my property. This system offers this advantage, plus each camera has a 2-way speaker, night vision, motion recording, easy playback and good online instructions via manual and video. I especially like the cameras that flash a spotlight when a motion sensor is triggered. It's great for front and back door. I had problems with the camera and it was replaced immediately. I had many questions, and every time the customer service department contacted me, they would send me instructions, help troubleshoot, and work closely with me to get the system up and running, record video, play it, and add a new camera. They even called me to make sure I had the latest information. I was very pleased. I highly recommend this product, primarily because they have an active customer service team focused on helping customers and providing a positive experience. I would give Casacam an A for customer service. This company offers you a high quality product and great customer service. Since I've had such a good experience and liked the video quality, I'm hoping to add two more cameras later in the spring. I recommend Casa Cam cameras and monitors as quality products and recommend the excellent service department.
