This dress is absolutely gorgeous in person. The photos don't really do it justice. My daughter loves to dress up like anime characters like Sailor Moon and this dress provides the perfect look. I'll say the dress is a little short, but she's wearing white stockings underneath, and that's okay. The body of the dress fits exactly as expected and the fabric is very soft although it may seem odd. I really want girls clothes to go back to that simple look. The buttons and white stripes really stand out against the navy blue fabric. My daughter looks amazing in this dress and we are very lucky to have it.
