After buying and sending back three other swimsuits, I finally settled on this one. Ordered a size up after reading all the reviews. There is absolutely no support under the chest. The pads just float. Another odd thing is that there is a lot of extra fabric on the sides next to the bottom band. It sticks out and makes the hips even bigger than they are. And they don't need any extra help! The bottom might fit a little loose, but I'd rather have it as a muffin top! Probably it would be possible to do with large, not xl. Cute style, just not how I imagined.
