Review on Thick by Terrance Singletary

I like their transparency, they don't hide behind any BS. They have an open-book policy when it comes to pricing and terms of service (both clients & employees). If you want to know what's going on with your project, they'll tell you - no surprises. Their team is very experienced and has been at this game since inception. The only downside is how much time it takes between each update. You'd think there would be some faster turnaround but nope! Be prepared to pay attention if you're serious about seeing results in less than 12 months. It took us 3 years before we saw anything significant happen. But once we did see progress, we were able to get more done per month because our expectations had become realistic.
