Not new at all. Bleached the ends in foil for 30 vol 40 minutes over moderate heat. There is neon red hair as well as black hair mixed with some lighter brown. I lightened the other two bundles of hair to medium blonde at the same time, this bundle is brown. Ugly brown at the same time. *UPDATE: Apply 40 vol to hair for 25 minutes to try and get a SMALL lift. HE SMELLS. omg my hair has never melted like this what the heck. Sooooo awesome, I took so many pictures of this fiasco. 0 stars if I could.
