Review on Basic Diamond Set Edge Pro by Patrick Ross

Although the whole set isn't on par with the absurdly expensive Wicked Edge systems - it suits my needs perfectly. I bought a knife sharpener tool with 3 rods fixed 360 degree rotation - easy (just tested - no longer available). Comments from other buyers said the included bricks weren't great, but they were compatible with the Edge Pro bricks. They are compatible with the Edge Pro and are much cheaper. put a good margin on it. I need to work on getting the angles right so I can fix some of the knives I have that are almost useless at the moment.
