I've been using the Galco strap for a little less than a decade and have found my Yaqui holsters to sag a bit as the strap has stretched over the years. I've recently become a Desantis fan and my wife didn't like the idea of the price of a new Galco belt so I figured why not try the budget line. At first, I was very impressed with its sturdy, thick, all-black construction. Leather outside, synthetic lining and ruff. That collar grabbed his pants, which was a good thing since he didn't move at all. The only thing I didn't like at first was the buckle. And it can be replaced. And now the bad news. I've had $10 Wally World belts that last longer than this one. The leather actually cracks and peels at the point of contact with the buckle. It's been less than a month and I'm looking for a replacement.
