This looks more like slightly fluffy cotton leggings than fleece. Definitely the thinnest "cozy" leggings I know. We live in Minnesota and warm, functional pants are essential for our daughters. These just don't cut. My return is in the mail and I'm going to Target to spend the extra dollar on cozy leggings that actually offer some insulation.
