This looks more like slightly fluffy cotton leggings than fleece. Definitely the thinnest "cozy" leggings I know. We live in Minnesota and warm, functional pants are essential for our daughters. These just don't cut. My return is in the mail and I'm going to Target to spend the extra dollar on cozy leggings that actually offer some insulation. Size: My daughter is 2 years old, 37 inches, weighs 30 pounds, size 3T (her normal size for bottoms) Just a little thicker than regular leggings.
