Okay, we have a serious cat problem in the area. Some guy on the street has LOTS of cats roaming the block. Coincidentally, the side of my house is at these guys' party. Long story short, the side of my house smelled like cat pee. So much so that he entered the house. We've tried other things like lavender and cat bypass sprays/granules. Nothing helped. I scatter these thorns with thorns around the places cats have visited. Wow, it worked. The cats are gone! So simple and effective at the same time.
