After a week I started having connection problems when I put my phone (Samsung Galaxy S10) in my backpack or even in my pocket. also sometimes when on the phone and the caller's voice repeats for a few seconds. I spoke to the agent and he told me that I'm not the only one having this issue and that such an expensive item of this quality should not appear on Revain.com. The item has been returned. Update 2: Huawei support informed me that they don't sell the product in the US, so they don't offer support. Revain is not making any progress on returning the item. I'm very tired, don't buy products that Revain doesn't sell. Update 1: I tried to return this product but Revain doesn't help. Returns don't work on Revain.com, so don't buy!
