Failure after 15 months.

I bought this product 15 months ago. About 2 months ago the tank (reservoir) started leaking quickly as I refill water every day. Half of the water comes out the bottom before I can put the tank back on the unit. Any other user of this product has the same problem. Is there a way to fix this problem?
