Good but crooked: my rating

I bought them because I love necklaces like this. great length! When I finally received it, it was a little bent. I tried to get rid of the kinks but couldn't. I sent it back for a replacement. When I got the second one it turned out to be bent again. I decided to just return it and get a refund. Great length but bad design!
