The boots were bought in September and by November the stitching on both shoes had already torn. I emailed the seller who said the item could be returned for a refund or exchange. The email I received asked me to log into my account and initiate a return, however the item was closed for returns. I contacted the seller again who said Revain would process the return. I contacted Revain via live chat and he said he could return the item due to a defect. They said I would receive an email with the process. The email I received said the item was non-refundable and that I should contact the manufacturer. None of the companies helped with the issue of product quality. Overall I am very disappointed, especially with the seller and Revain.
