Every item arrived and fits the tablet perfectly. The keyboard is sunken and seems to work fine. The next time I used it, the letters came out wrong. Enter an ad and receive ads and so on. Contacted Finty and received an email asking for an order number. I sent it to them and haven't heard from them since. I will contact them again and see what happened. 8th July 2019 Contacted again and tried what they suggested but it still doesn't work with my tablet. Send a replacement keyboard. Will update performance when I get it. I don't know why we lost contact but they are much more responsive now.
