That's just wonderful. My husband became obsessed with Dan Brown when we first started dating and when I got pregnant 2 years ago it was difficult to find a Cryptex for under $50. I saw this on a lightning sale and thought I'd have some fun on Valentine's Day (it's already too late for Christmas). I'm shocked at the quality. I've already shown it to my husband because I was so impressed. I didn't even know it came with two rings and what's even nicer is that the rings fit us both perfectly on our engagement ring fingers and are owned by LOTR. I've always wanted to give him one (he already has about 5 wedding rings and chooses depending on the day). So it's like two gifts in one. I asked my husband what he thought of the cryptex and he said the rings are hard. That's a huge, huge plus. This means that unlike a small one, it cannot be hacked without knowing the code. There is a way to get in from the top but my husband said he would seal it so I have to choose. I think the hardest part right now is finding a 6 letter code instead of a 5 letter code. It's absolutely wonderful. To be honest I'm a little upset I didn't have this when we got engaged or married because it's perfect for rings and comes with foam. But hey, it's our 10th anniversary in a few months. Finally, it can still be used for rings. If you are overweight and thinking of adding a fun element, go for this. We've been using the little one for two years. Arrange movie tickets, hidden gift cards, etc. This one has double the capacity. He could even hold the key.
