Strong metal frame, no plastic tubes with 36 connectors!
Assembly took about 15 minutes, the supporting structure is made of metal tubes, not plastic tubes from other manufacturers. Also, the synthetic fabric "shelves" feel heavier...the winter rock salt on the shoes didn't spare my last shoe lol. Beautifully hidden. I hope it lasts longer than the last one I bought (from another manufacturer) which fell apart after a year.
