Don't believe the ads. true size.
I was scared of the reviews thinking this item would be ridiculously small but it fits true to size. I made the mistake of buying the medium one first and had to return it for the small one. I wear dress 0-4. Bra 32/34. A/B size bra. I couldn't fill the medium's breasts. And the thing is flexible.
