Review on 🚽 Nickel Kohler Wellworth Toilet Handle Replacement, Left Side Mount Toilet Tank Lever by Qualihome by Prince Aguirre

Although this handle was meant to be a replacement, this handle did not fit my Kohler model K3323 side toilet as advertised. I had to modify the plastic adjustment rod to fit the tank. This was achieved by heating the bend with a flame and making the necessary adjustments to fit it properly. Without adjustment, the lever will not clear the front of the tank, causing it to not function properly. Also, the mounting and adjusting nut included in the repair kit would not allow the stem to be tightened properly because the side of the nut was not touching the back of the tank. To solve this problem, I shaved off the plastic nut with a small electric grinder just enough to clear the back of the unit for it to be tightened and properly seated on the unit. Please note that this was my second attempt at repairing the device as I broke the plastic rod on my first attempt (therefore I cannot receive a defective replacement or refund). Also note that if I wanted the original brass lever I had no choice but to use this particular kit. Also note that it was not possible to remove the trigger lever and install it on a suitable metal replacement shaft like the one that came with the original device. I don't want to sound like I don't recommend Kohler Plumbing as I have used them with great success over the years. I only recommend that you do not purchase a product if you are unsure that it will work for your device. For the cost of the S30+ it could have installed with no issues like the ones I've experienced. Long story short, I spent over $60 and a few hours tweaking this fix, which shouldn't have taken more than 10 minutes.
