The ease of use with how simple it makes to create queries through their API which then can be used within other tools like Tableau or Power BI! I wish there was an option where you could add custom fields that weren't included by default but this isn’t something we were able address immediately as our requirements are changing quickly so new features aren;r being implemented quite often yet still have access via APIs when needed from any tool/language (R).
