First off, I DO NOT HAVE BEARING MIRROR so I can't tell you how plug and play it is. However, my truck didn't originally come with puddle lights, so these towing mirrors added that feature. The halogens became very weak and the lenses became very yellow after about a year. They matched the aftermarket mirrors perfectly and although I had to modify them a bit, they were easy enough to install during my coffee break (at work). You look great! So bright that I can even see them on the doors during the day.
