The team at sentience is extremely helpful, knowledgeable, reliable! They are always available to assist with any questions or problems we may have. Sometimes it can be hard to find their contact information if needed but that's all minor stuff. We love that they're open and honest about pricing. Not too sure I've found anything else negative yet. However, there really isn't much else to dislike other than maybe some of the smaller things like when you call they sometimes don't answer right away. I highly recommend using them!! Their customer service was excellent as well as overall quality and price point. There were many companies in our industry who quoted us similar prices but had very different workflows which made choosing difficult. Our account manager helped put together an agreement that fit both parties needs so things went smoothly from then out.
