We are longtime users of Dove products. This new Dove body wash concentrate took me a little getting use to. Not the product itself, but the concentrate part. For me, it was not flawless.Adding the concentrate and water should have been flawless. Instead, I had to make a hole in the first bottle of concentrate. So in that regard, I am disappointed my experience wasn’t flawless. I would be concerned an elderly user might not be able to open it. Once we get to the 2nd bottle of concentrate, I will update my review if I have a different experience.Same great product though!
