It's a nice concept -- but it still has lots of packaging and it only comes with two -- which is really only a second one. Would be nice if they went more all in and shipped 3.Easy enough to add water and hook the bottle up -- takes a few minutes to drain out. The reusable bottle is nice enough, about the same plastic as a normal bottle -- with a see thru line on it to see how much is left.The body wash itself seems the same as other Dove brand -- smells good, and works well.

We are longtime users of Dove products. This new Dove body wash concentrate took me a little getting use to. Not the product itself, but the concentrate part. For me, it was not flawless.Adding the concentrate and water should have been flawless. Instead, I had to make a hole in the first bottle of concentrate. I love this soap. I have two dispensers and the pump mechanism worked two or three times and then refused to pump again ON BOTH DISPENSERS. Seems like this is a flaw that should be worked out. I liked the soap so much that I bought a couple of refills. Now I’ll have to find a different bottle to put it in. That’s a hassle and not what I thought I was signing up for. Sorry Dove.

I use many Dove products and am happy with them. The only problem I have with this new body wash is the fragrance. I typically use the original pump foaming body wash. I like the sensitive skin fragrance, and the moisturizing one. If the chemists can go back to the lab and recreate those to the foaming wash scents I would be more inclined to use this new product.

It didn't say what kind of water to use. I have hard water so I was thinking of using distled water. I going to go back to the foaming like that more

I'm happy with this Dove body wash, as it seems to wash well without drying or irritating. It foams well on a shower puff. The scent is pretty clean and neutral in my opinion.The process of using the refill bottle with the reusable bottle is well designed to be neat and easy.I appreciate the goal of using less plastic. This is a great idea. I get the same Dove soap, but use much less plastic. It's slightly more expensive, but in time I hope it would decrease.

This is easy to mix and get going. The process is well explained in the packaging. It has a great smell similar to other Dove products. To me however, it is a bit too strong. But I am a bit sensitive to fragrances. The scent aside though,, once mixed it lathers up and works just as well as premixed body washes.The main downside to these though is that you pay extra for the environmental savings that this setup affords.
