This is easy to mix and get going. The process is well explained in the packaging. It has a great smell similar to other Dove products. To me however, it is a bit too strong. But I am a bit sensitive to fragrances. The scent aside though,, once mixed it lathers up and works just as well as premixed body washes.The main downside to these though is that you pay extra for the environmental savings that this setup affords. The concentrated refills for these are significantly more expensive than just buying normal body wash. So while this works great as a product, it really doesn't have enough value for the money to to make it worth it for the average consumer.
