Cheap/weak and ill fitting mounting clips
I bought two of these. I immediately sent one back due to fragile, broken mounting clips. The second broke down after three weeks while being used on my truck. When it worked, it was quiet and cleaned the windshield well. I'm just glad I was in town when it failed!
