We are able fix issues quickly as we have access 24/7 via our phone or computer while out of town training courses etc.. Also being an online system means there is no need for physical storage space so cost savings when purchasing items such as body cameras which require large amounts off shelf equipment!! Nothing really but if you're looking into this typeof software then make sure your organization has everything they will ever want before going live because once its up & running things may change depending upon what features people actually utilize.
