Not matte like the picture but super cute and comfy!
I love these already. I was hesitant after reading other reviews about these being true to size. I am an 8, I ordered an 8 and they fit perfectly. My only complaint is not really a complaint but in my opinion the picture shows a matte looking floral print but the boots are shiny. Not a deal breaker, just an observation. Also the heel is completely clear, which I like. They are super comfy!
