I placed my order and patiently waited for Mölk to arrive to get it. When it arrived, I poured a glass of whole milk and drank it to the bottom. Five minutes later I was in my truck driving to my local BJJ school. It was all a bit of a dream, but I got into the advanced BJJ class and started getting hit by people with color belts way above my own. After two hours of rolling, I felt better than when I started.
