Well made and my big cat loves it. He's a big boy, 11 pounds, with long hair that makes him look taller, and this tree is his favorite tree. I have a much larger scratching post, but he likes that better. It's a professional lounge chair. Pros: Sturdy and well made. which has a different texture on one side if your cat likes it. The hammock is sturdier than I expected and can easily support the weight of my 11 lb cat. The cave is spacious enough for a large cat or two smaller ones if they like to cuddle. not built for rough play. It is not heavy enough to carry and may tip over. My other cat is smaller and more active and doesn't like it very much. She likes our big tree better because she can walk the whole Tasmanian devil on it. The average perch is ridiculously small and useless to all but the smallest of kitties. The ramp is not very strong and the sisal is poorly attached. Also blocks the lower platform. I would say it would be great for less active cats like mine or kittens.
