Once upon a time, I made the choice to purchase a surveillance camera system for my house. After doing some investigation and reading some reviews, I decided to go with SOLIOM. Their products gave off a positive impression, and the business was very proud of the superior customer service it provided. I had no idea that I would be in for such a rude revelation when the time came. At first, there were no problems to report. The webcams performed as expected, and the knowledge that someone was watching over my house helped me feel less anxious. However, things went from bad to worse when all of a sudden, one of the cameras stopped functioning. I attempted to solve the problem on my own, but none of my attempts were successful. In order to get some assistance, I contacted the customer support staff at SOLIOM. At first glance, it appeared as though they would be amicable. They gave me their word that they would find a solution to the problem and even offered to ship me a replacement camera. The days changed into weeks, and I still hadn't received the replacement camera despite the passage of time. I contacted their customer service hotline several times, but each time I was met with lengthy wait times and representatives who were unable to assist me in any way. The replacement camera did not appear until several weeks after it was originally expected. Nonetheless, to my dismay, it turned out to be a refurbished edition, and on top of that, it was broken! It was so unbelievable to me. I contacted SOLIOM once more, and they assured me that they would send another replacement camera; however, it was never delivered. Even after several months had passed, I had not been provided with a functional replacement camera. I made the tough decision to admit defeat and purchase a brand-new camera system manufactured by a different business. I had the impression that my time spent with SOLIOM had finally come to an end, but I was mistaken. After a few months had passed, I was taken aback to discover that SOLIOM had sent me an email in which they requested that I provide a favorable evaluation of their products. I was completely taken aback by it. How dare they ask me to recommend their products when I have repeatedly found that they do not live up to their commitments? I chose to disregard the communication and continue on. In a nutshell, my time spent with SOLIOM was a living nightmare. Their products might look like they have potential, but the quality of their customer service and assistance is terrible. SOLIOM is not a company that I would recommend to anyone, and I strongly advise people to do their homework before purchasing any of their merchandise.
