The quality is fine, it's fine to use.

Bottom line: iron inside, including the matrix, for such money for 5+, but the whole impression is spoiled by the attitude of HP.
Please note, if you have installed Windows yourself a couple of times, and have no idea about the hardware ID and how to search for it on the manufacturer's website, so that you can manually register the drivers in memory later, you should not take this product.
The laptop is recommended for purchase only by experienced IT specialists.

Pros

In general, the iron inside is very decent, everything, there are no bottlenecks. The laptop is fast, more than suitable for work.

Cons

Why rating 3? For the fact that HP is g*ndons who cannot place software for their own laptop on their website, they don’t have such a model.
