Now my son is a size 6 in all pants and shorts with room to grow. He just turned 6 years old. Keep in mind that this style should fit tight around the hips and buttocks and be loose all over the leg. I trade the size 6 I got him for a size 7 after seeing him try it on. The length is great and the width on the legs is great but they are very tight on his buttocks and thighs. He can hardly sit up. They're 100% cotton, and I know from personal experience... I'll probably accidentally shrink them in the washer or dryer. If I do that, they definitely won't fit anymore. The label says wash cold and hang dry or tumble dry low but I have too many kids to do that for just a pair of baby pants π . Even if I did, I doubt they would last with him for the next six months. Luckily, Revain makes the exchange quick and easy. Excellent quality, practical size - unless your child has a butt.
