The ability of integration with other tools like HubSpot or Salesforce allows us easy management for our marketing activities in one place! I dislike when we have problems getting help from support team because they are not willing/able enough (it's sometimes hard work).

It would be great if there were more integrations so it could make things easier than using two different apps at once - but this doesn't happen too often unfortunately :( Great product overall though!! We use Esom as part of larger Marketing Automation system called Marketo which helps manage multiple platforms such adwords account etc.,.
