I don't know if the design of the Aquaphor tube has changed but I bought 2 different Aquaphor Baby and the tops were different. The clear top tube leaks out later than the all white tube suitable for Tush Swipper. The Tush Swipper website doesn't have any information on how to tell which 3oz tubes have a foam tip because the packaging says it doesn't fit. 3 oz with foam tip. As you can see from the picture, none of them have a foam tip, but only one has small pieces on the side that help snap the device into place. I had to use tools to pry off the Aquaphor cap after I couldn't get it off. manually for a clear line of sight pipe. Tush Swipper comes at him and he doesn't fall, but he's not very durable because he can still pop out if you're a bit careful. I don't know if another style of Tush Swipper (Type B) will fit new pipes, but I'm not going to spend money just to try and find out.
