Short lived for accessories

I love it and the light doesn't bother my fiancee at night. Unfortunately, it already has a hairline crack and I didn't drop it. Also, I can't unlock my phone with my fingerprint. I changed the sensitivity level in the settings, it still doesn't work. But what bothers me the most is the hairline. :(
